Berghotel - Bergamo

Superb location near the airport and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, the shower pressure could be improved.

The location was comfortable and handy - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, such main attraction as an esque temple was 4 km from this hotel. The room was perfectly clean and airy with all the facilities,...  

Efforts of the staff to make you feeling good. Rooms are simple but modern. Breakfast was good.

A bit noisy due to the airport which is situated at few kilometer distance.

Proximity to bus stop, quiet neighborhood, modern furniture

Parking availability could be improved!!! Inconsistent hot water can be annoying during showers!!! Room sizes are quite small, leaving little room for comfort!!!

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very nice and modern. Really nothing to complain about!

The only minus is the location especially if you have to reach the Bergamo airport. You need to take a taxi, which costs 20 Euros. If you travel with a group of people, it's no problem. The taxi from the Railway station costs approx. 13 Euros.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room is smallish but very clean, and there's even free internet in the room, which is something very few hotels have in Italy. Very good for the price.

The hotel is a little off the tourist map, closer to the airport, but with connections to the city, and the staff is very helpful in explaining how to get to everywhere.

The attentive lady at the front desk ensured all our needs were met.

The room showed significant signs of wear, including dust accumulation and a hairbrush left under the bed from a previous guest.

Even though we stayed for just half a night and we had a very early flight, the owner was thoughtful enough and prepared us a bag of breakfast as we got up and left too early.

We arrived in the hotel very late at night (after 01:00) 9as were lost driving by car through Northern Italy's motorways) and the doors were closed with a tel.number to call for entrance. It is said that it closes at 23:30, which is true we hadn't noticed in the booking site. We think though it is like driving customers away, as it is a hotel near Bergamo airport, with its' main scope to serve people who flight in or out this airport.

The staff on reception was extremeley positive polite and friendly

It's quite noisy since the airport is very close and car road are also nearby but because our flight was late at night this hotel was perfect for us, we didn't need much time to get there.

What a dissapointment! Our room couldn't even be locked, how inconvienent! The breakfast was absurdly poor, old croissants served as a 'delicacy. ' I was just expecting at least a nice upgrade for all my troubles, but nope, just another regular stay like everyother guest. I almost gave a good review, but could'nt!

The Staff, they were excellent! The restaurant and their Staff that the hotel recommended was great and very friendly to us, especially as Americans! I would stay there again without question.

Not much room on the table for a laptop. I suggest putting the TV on a shelf or wall-mount it to allow more room on the desk.

I arrived quite late but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They also sent me to a nice restaurant very close to the hotel. The room was small but clean and in the morning...  

Can just recommend for a swift visit

Comfortable room, attentive service, with the convenient access to the bus station making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Don't have any issues at all.

Quiet atmosphere, fantastic and incredibly nice breakfast for a tea.
